It ain’t over just yet!

It’s been an excruciatingly long couple of days waiting to hear if Fransen would be sent down or not. To quote the ‘persecuted paytryoot’ herself… it’s been very ‘intense’. But now, finally the long wait has come to an end and we have both verdict and sentence.

bf-luton-magistrates-court-fransen-frightened-golding-smugJayda Fransen, Deputy leader of Britain First, neoNazi,  liar, bully, has been convicted on two counts. She was found guilty of wearing political uniform, a charge that both Fransen and Golding are trying to ridicule even though Der Fuhrer recently pleaded guilty to the same offence, thus making it almost impossible for Fransen to be acquitted today. Secondly she’s guilty of religiously aggravated harassment. The British judicial system has acknowledged what we already knew… Jayda Fransen is a vicious bully with nothing but contempt both for the law and for her fellow citizens.

As every reader of this blog will know, I’d have much preferred Fransen to have been sent to prison for her offences but that wasn’t to be. Instead she received a fine, costs and victim surcharge amounting to a total of £1,910 and a restraining order preventing her from harassing the victim for 2 years. Let’s look at these penalties in a little more detail.

judges-gavel
The court may have imposeded a fine, costs and victim surcharge but Fransen’s already raised more than enough fashcash from the Biffers to cover her Uncle Jimbo’s investment.

£1,900 is small potatoes to Fransen. She’s already raised more than that to pay her barrister.  So there’s no harm done there then, Jayda. Your gullible sheeple have already paid your fine for you. Not only that, you’ve enough left over for another jolly to Hungary to help Uncle Jim stir up the neoNazi thugs over there.

When Britain first put out their inevitable appeal for help with Jayda’s fine and costs please bear that in mind. They already have pocketed more than they need in their ‘legal defence’ appeal (unless the good Mr. Guest turned out to be much more expensive than might reasonably be anticipated). Jimbo must be laughing all the way to the bank. His little legal speculation has paid off handsomely with absolutely no financial risk to himself at all.

bf-biffers-post-fransen-conviction-video-outside-luton
Is this video in breach of Fransen’s injunction? We think so.

The 2 year injunction is interesting too. Or rather Fransen and Golding’s response to it is. On the very afternoon that the injunction was put in place the despicable duo made and uploaded a video singling out and verbally abusing both the District Judge and the victim. The first set of comments might reasonably be seen as contempt. The second appear to be a blatant and deliberate breach of the injunction almost before the ink is wet on Fransen’s acquiescing signature. We’re sure that Luton police will want to have a word with the court about that.

In summary then…

Two out of three convictions isn’t bad,

Prison time would have been more to our tastes but those are the breaks,

A freshly broken injunction might well mean that this saga is far from complete.

And, of course – we still have Golding’s return to the High Court for breach of his injunction to look forward to. It looks like the coming season of goodwill might be a bit more festive for team EBF than we’d anticipated.

Ho ho ho!

Britain First go back to Luton

Here’s a bit of a heads up. We heard a whisper that the Biffers may well be going back to Bury Park in Luton tomorrow. Having ‘played a blinder’, by pleading guilty to wearing political uniform on Friday, Golding feels much more confident about arranging for more harassment of Luton’s Muslims.

It’ll be interesting to see how the Biffers dress tomorrow. Now that Golding has acknowledged that their political uniform is actually a political uniform there’s a legal precedent. That’s some ‘blinder’ you played there, Paulie. Seems much more like a blunder to us.

We wonder how the police will react to bottle-out green hoodies adorning the streets of Bury Park once again. It could be a very interesting day tomorrow. If we’re correct then all we can say to the good people of Luton is this…

Be careful if you’re out and about tomorrow. The Biffers still think Golding did a clever thing by admitting that the police were right all along. They don’t realise that he’s just  told the British legal system that their uniform really IS a uniform. They don’t yet realise that Golding’s ‘blinder’ potentially makes them all prosecutable. So they’ll be cocky and quite possibly a bit over-excited.

Please be safe.

Golding’s bail conditions

Some people are claiming it’s an injustice that Golding was arrested on Saturday for repeatedly breaching bail. They say it’s expired and so the whole thing is a stitch up.

The fact is that Golding’s bail was scheduled to run until after this weekend and in the interim he was ordered to appear every Saturday in Bromley. The fact that the idea was mooted that this was in error does not change the fact that these bail conditions have not been lifted by a court.

By assuming that his bail conditions are invalid Golding has taken the law into his own hands and is in breach of bail. The arrest was both appropriate and legal.

Check the dates for yourself. It’s all very straightforward.

Robin Lomax’s political uniform

They really are asking for it, aren’t they?

Paul Golding and Jayda Fransen are on bail for wearing political uniform.

Steve Lewis was arrested for the same offence a week or two ago.

Robin Lomax was visited by the old Bill in respect of the same offence (also a couple of weeks ago) and now the silly boy goes and does it again.

How is a black (“security”) jacket with the Britain First insignia and arm patches proclaiming the wearer’s rank as ‘chief of staff’ and ‘National head of security’ not ‘uniform’?

Numpties!

We look forward to hearing about Lomax’s arrest shortly.

More arrests to come

The last few days have been something of a whirlwind of celebration for Team EBF. Whilst the Biffers were accusing everyone in UK of treachery for not celebrating Easter enough, they also gave us something else that everyone who cares about this wonderful land, Christian or not, could celebrate without reservation. They gave us evidence of their own imminent demise.

time to celebrate

The hilarious way they try to downplay the importance of the ‘political uniform’ offences under various public order acts is a treat to behold. On the one hand they keep banging on about how they’re ‘a registered political party’ and on the other they regularly conduct very public conversations about uniforms and insignia on social media – uniforms they then wear on ‘official’ party demonstrations. They just can’t have it both ways!

Then there are the flash (should we say ‘fash’) demonstrations outside and sometimes inside Mosques, council offices and anywhere where they think reasonable numbers of brown people and/or Muslims might congregate. These are clearly and obviously intended to incite both racial and religious hatred, also illegal under the above acts as well as a host of other related pieces of legislation.

Perhaps most significant of all though are the ‘Christian patrols’ where uniformed Biffers, armed with sticks, decidedly nasty looking gloves, themselves very reminiscent of knuckledusters and who knows what else turn up as self-appointed guardians of a faith that doesn’t want them to harass Muslims on the streets. This is clearly a public order offence, even without the offensive, discriminatory and misleading literature. This string of very serious offences, together with their hateful presence across social media amounts to sedition, incitement of civil war and treasonous attempts to sow discord through the nation, shows  them working hard to alienate and alarm significant factions of the British population.

And still the Biffers complain that the police should be off catching proper criminals.

We have news for you Biffers… that’s exactly what they are doing!

We anticipate even more arrests to come. That’ll be good!

Doing Jayda’s job for her

Jayda Fransen used never to tire of telling us that she has a law degree. Nowadays she’s a bit more retiscent to talk about that. Perhaps that’s because we exposed the truth about her unfinished correspondence course in basic law. Or perhaps it’s because she got bored of academia (and all the hard work it involves) and moved on to easier, more entertaining activities like screaming at brown people and baiting the police.

Either way, given her alleged knowledge of British law you’d think she might be able to put a few Biffers straight about legal processes like police bail, rights and restrictions, the wearing of political uniform and the nature of subversion and sedition. But no – apparently she’s content to let them carry on being just as ill-informed as ever. She hasn’t even bothered to inform Britain First itself about the huge legal trap they’re falling into not just as individuals but as an organisation.

So we thought we’d educate them ourselves. We’ll do Jayda’s job for her because she’s clearly not going to. That’s a shame in itself – it would be nice to see her do something that’s actually useful for a change.

Let’s begin with the political uniform thing.

EBF BF Law abiding Biffers political uniform Luton Smurf Bail Fransen GoldingBack in 1936 the Public Order Act was passed banning the wearing of political uniforms and the militarisation of political organisations. The rise of paramilitary politics like the British Union of Fascists had been a step too far and the government acted to preserve the principles of democracy and freedom of expression that we all hold so dear.

That law has since been amended and updated, the most recent version being the Public Order Act 1986 which upholds the uniform and political militarisation bans as well as additional injunctions against stirring up racial hatred.

Public order act 1986

You’d think Jayda would have thought to warn her cronies about this one, wouldn’t you? Apparently not. She’s such a genius!

Britain First’s track record on racial hatred is well known. We’ve blogged about it many times including here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here… etc (the list goes on and on). Evidence of their religious discrimination (also unlawful) can be found here, here, here, here, here, here, here and especially here… etc. But what’s all this about uniform?

Britain First occasionally try to convince us that their fleeces (with the unauthorised use of the Royal crest) are not actually uniform. But their own communications amongst themselves show just how ridiculous that assertion really is. In keeping with their Walter Mitty aspirations to play soldiers they have insignia to denote rank and function, even using coloured clothing to denote function (a bit like Star Trek). This wonderfully obvious exchange contains a comment by Robin Lomax, the Biffers’ ‘armed forces division commanding officer’ talking about black ‘security’ beanies (yes – beanies). It may well be laughable but it’s still criminal!

Then there’s a more recent exchange (also involving Lomax) about rank insignia that we’ve reproduced below.

BF Blum Lomax Sergeant Karczewski political uniform conversation meme.png

Steve “Pieman” Lewis is currently on bail (as are Der Fuhrer and his deputy) for wearing political uniform in relation to Britain First. Their legal team (or at least their excuse for more fundraising) seems so far to have been unable to make these very serious charges disappear. That’s hardly surprising. This stuff goes to the heart of British democracy and to disrupt our democratic process this way is a form of sedition, arguably even treason. The whole point of Britain First’s nefarious activities is to disrupt our established system of representative democracy, even calling for the execution of current politicians. If that isn’t treason we really don’t know what is!

So come on Jayda – tell your cronies how the law works. That way they might be able to avoid looking quite as stupid as they do when they post ill-informed rubbish like this.
